Raised in Central Illinois, she studied and graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University School of Art with a Bachelor Degree of Fine Art. Over the years Sally has exhibited her work at national juried shows in Illinois, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. While her paintings depict the local landscape in a large abstract style, Sally's drawings realistically detail the human form along with plants, fish and insects of the region.

Currently she is a part of the Studio be Drawing Group, Champaign IL., exhibiting at Broken Oak Gallery, White Heath IL. and accepting commissions.
